Notice of 2012 Annual General Meeting
Please note that the 2012 Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Ontario Recreation Facilities Association Inc. will be held at the Trisan Centre, Schomberg, in the Province of Ontario, on Wednesday, December 5th, 2012 at 12:30 p.m. EST to conduct the following business:
- Approve the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held Wednesday, December 7th, 2011 in Pickering, Ontario
- Receive the President's Report
- Receive the Treasurer's Report for the year ended December 31st , 2011
- Presentation of December 31, 2011 Audited Financial Statements
- Confirmation of auditor/accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31st, 2012
- Receive the Elections Report for 2013-14 Term of Office
- Transact any other business that may properly be brought before the meeting.
Members may vote by proxy or in person at the Annual General Meeting.
