Notice of 2011 Annual General Meeting

Please take note that the 2011 Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Ontario Recreation Facilities Association Inc. will be held at the Pickering Recreation Complex, in the Province of Ontario, on Wednesday, December 7th , 2011 at 12:30 p.m. EST in conjunction with the ORFA Facilities Operational Forum to conduct the following business (agenda):

1. Approve the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held Wednesday, December 1, 2010 in Markham, Ontario. (click here)
2. Receive the President's Report.
3. Receive the Treasurer's Report for the year ended December 31st , 2010.
   a. Presentation of December 31, 2010 Financial Statements. (click here)
   b. Confirmation of auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31st , 2011.
4. Transact any other business that may properly be brought before the meeting.
