OUTDOOR RINKS DRAFT MANUAL OPEN FOR COMMENT
The O.R.F.A. recently held its first Facilities Operational Forum [FOF] at the Campus Ice Centre in Oshawa. Creating and maintaining “Outdoor ice Rinks” was a popular session. A draft copy of O.R.F.A'S outdoor rink manual was distributed during this presentation. O.R.F.A members are encouraged to review the draft manual and send any comments to comments@orfa.com.
NOTE: “Guidelines for Creating and Maintaining Outdoor Ice” is a preliminary draft. It has not been formally released by the O.R.F.A. and should not be construed to represent Association recommended best practice.
