ORFA/CIMCO are pleased to advise invigilation services have been arranged with the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (“TSSA”) to allow enrolled course participants to write the Refrigeration Operator Class B examination(s) in a classroom setting on completion of the sanctioned training program.

NOTE 1: Please review the Procedures For Operating Engineers Examinations document.

NOTE 2: TSSA exams are scheduled for RB1 on Wednesday July 15th and RB2 (for those that successfully pass RB1) on Friday July 17th, 2015. TSSA (RB1 and RB2) fees are $75.00 per exam, participants wishing to write the exam(s) should forward the Operating Engineers Application form (one per exam), along with payment directly to TSSA, c/o Ms. Vanessa Zina at examinationandcertification@tssa.org 15 days in advance of exam date(s). Failure to do so will result in the applicant being ineligible to write the exam as part of the training course and left to make individual examination location arrangements directly with TSSA.

NOTE 3: Exam participants must be prepared to remain seated for up to 3.5 hours during the exam. Any exceptions will require a doctors note to be presented to the TSSA examiner.
